This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for Spartix Manager software plans purchased through our website and payment partners including Razorpay.
1. Subscription Nature
Spartix Manager is a software service subscription. Plan access is provided digitally after successful payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation of future renewals at any time by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops upcoming billing cycles and does not affect the current active paid period.
- No cancellation fee is charged by Spartix Manager.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in genuine cases such as duplicate charges or technical payment failures where access was not provided. We review each request manually.
- Duplicate payment for the same order may be refunded after verification.
- If payment is successful but service activation fails, we either activate service or issue a refund.
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial usage of an active billing period.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful service delivery.
- Failure to use the service after activation.
- Requests made after substantial usage within the paid cycle.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to reflect the amount.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
